Meeting with a counselor or therapist in a group to resolve concerns, learn skills, or seek support. Groups provide an excellent format for gaining insight into self and one's impact on others and promoting growth in identified areas.

Safe and Supportive Group Counseling

Groups are used to foster positive social skill development in children and adolescents. Our groups are designed to be supportive, safe and confidential. Woodlands Family Institute is currently offering the following groups:

• Women's Support Group
• Pre School Group (4-5 year olds)
• Children's Group (6-8 year olds)
• Kid's Group (9-12 year olds)
• Teen's Groups (13-15 & 16-18 year olds)
